Treaty Adviser

As part of the Treaty Negotiations Team, the Treaty Adviser supports the implementation of the Treaty Negotiation Framework by providing strategic and policy advice, managing negotiation processes and building strong relationships with negotiating parties.
Reporting to the Manager of Treaty Negotiations, the role works closely with Senior Treaty Advisors to deliver culturally strong, legally compliant and solutions-focused support. A key responsibility includes managing information in line with Indigenous Data Sovereignty and privacy obligations. Preferred candidates will have experience in Indigenous law or policy, public law, human rights, dispute resolution or community facilitation.
Database and Administration Officer

We are looking for a driven and detail-savvy Database and Administration Officer to power the engine behind Treaty negotiations.
In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to keep negotiations moving, including managing vital data systems, coordinating processes and enabling communities to participate equitably in agreement-making. You will bring your administrative and technical skills from sectors like social services, community development or law and help build smart, effective systems that support real change.
