Wellbeing, Safety and Inclusion Advisor

The Wellbeing, Safety and Inclusion Advisor plays a central role in supporting the delivery of culturally safe, trauma-informed and inclusive practices across the Treaty Authority.
This role advises on psychosocial risks, wellbeing initiatives and cultural safety, ensuring compliance with wellbeing and OHS policies.
Due to the nature of the Treaty process and emphasis on self-determination for First Peoples, this role has been designated for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.
People and Culture Advisor

The People and Culture Advisor plays a key role in delivering the Treaty Authority’s People and Culture strategy and ensuring alignment with its values, Cultural Safety Action Plan and strategic priorities.
This role supports a broad range of People and Culture initiatives including the First Peoples Employment Strategy, workforce planning, learning and development, wellbeing and cultural safety. It provides hands-on operational support across HR compliance, policy, recruitment, onboarding and performance management to help build a safe, inclusive and high-performing workplace.
Executive Assistant

As Executive Assistant at the Treaty Authority, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our historic and meaningful work. Reporting to the Executive Coordinator, you’ll provide high-level support to two of our Members, helping them focus on advancing the Treaty process with First Peoples.
Executive Co-ordinator

As Executive Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the Treaty Authority, ensuring smooth operations and seamless communication across the organisation and with our key stakeholders. Leading and supporting a small team of Executive Assistants, you’ll set the standard for high-quality executive support while also providing direct, hands-on assistance to the Chair, including diary and correspondence management, governance processes, and stakeholder engagement.
